There are two versions of qhull, the original non-reentrant version (libqhull)
and the newer reeentrant version (libqhull_r). libqhull-dev 2015.2-1 has
include files for both, but only libraries for the non reentrant version.
I attached the wrong testcase, it showed the bug for for webp images.
Here is the one that works for j2k images.
