the PCL project would like to use the qhull_r version [1], so I had a
quick look at it and pushed a patch to git [2] to include it. If you are
ok with it, I would upload the new package as well. As it needs to go
through new, I would like to do this soon. So if you don't replay withi

There are two versions of qhull, the original non-reentrant version (libqhull)
and the newer reeentrant version (libqhull_r). libqhull-dev 2015.2-1 has
include files for both, but only libraries for the non reentrant version.
