Hello, I ended up doing a nasty thing of merging the GUI and command-line into one package. It works for now (tested on Ubuntu). Also, I switched to static builds to free myself from configuring shared libs. I really wish there's some debhelper magic for CMake multi-binary builds. Olzhas ​
