it is. Well, I think, but it should be correct as I use pam ldap under
mandrake and freebsd clients.
But I can"t get debian authenticating with pam ldap.

Right, xdm can't support PAM correctly unfortunately without
breaking binary compatibility with xdm modules..

But gdm should be, right ? kdm too, but I have doubts on this (I tried).
But, it still doesn't work...
Exactly the same as before...
It logs in, and then I'm rerouted to the gdm startup screen.
Maybe an evironment problem.

I have troubles running PAM on potato. Is PAM fully supported now ? I though
it should but...
It looks like xdm doesn't support pam.
I can't get pam_ldap working (either with login or gdm or kdm) while it's
running great on other distributions.
Any ideas ?
