First of all, apologies in advance if this mailing list is not the

While I was trying to do my usual updates in my Jessie installation, I
took the following message:

The next point release for "jessie" (8.3) is scheduled for Saturday,
January 23rd. Processing of new uploads into jessie-proposed-updates
will be frozen during the preceding weekend.
