This version should have the complete fix for the optimized package upgrade
problem especially for i386 and sparc. The current glibc does _not_ handle
multiple libc

I have a Sun Ultra 30 with a Creator 3D card fitted. I would like to use a much
more capable card, as X seems slow at the moment.
Can anybody suggest a card that works well with the Ultra 30 hardware, and does
not require proprietry drivers?

My feeling is that the Creator 3D is best supported for the time being.
I run my Ultra 30 with a Creator 3D and a Matrox Millenium I in a Dual Head

It appears, that debian-installer (d-i) team and the release team pretty
much made up their minds that there will be no other significant kernel
updates for d-i before sarge. That means that RC3 is going to become the
final d-i release for sarge. Most serious implication for sparc is
