Instala el paquete "nautilus-share", éste es una extensión para
"nautilus" (el gestor de archivos por defecto en Debian) que crea una
tab con opciones de compartimiento en las propiedades de las carpetas,
osea, presionas el secundario, eliges "propiedades" y verás una tab para
lo que quieres.

siquiera saben instalar Windows. Con respecto a samba puedes usar una
maquina virtual con debian configurada con ip estatica, instala debian
netinst (lo minimo sin entorno grafico), luego apt-get install samba, y eso
