Hai, I am administrating the debian server. Currently I am facing a problem of password authentication. That is when we give passwd command, after getting old passwd, the system says, Passwd: authentication failure. Why is it so. What is the solution for this. Kinly note that there is no problem to login, but only for passwd this problem arises.
