ist es eigentlich unter Debian normal das das Framebuffer-Device oben
keinen Pinguin hat?

Ja, denn soweit ich weiss erscheint dieser nur wenn der Installer von alleine
mit Framebuffer arbeitet. Welche Machanismen jetzt genau dahinter
