Sysprof is a sampling CPU profiler that uses a Linux kernel module to profile
the entire system, not just a single application. Sysprof handles shared
libraries and applications do not need to be recompiled. In fact they don't
even have to be restarted.

printbill seems to be dead upstream, RFA-bug (#282561) open more than
one year ago, last maintainer upload 3 years ago (1 NMU to fix 1 RC-bug
since this upload), only 1 popcon vote.
Any objections for its removal from unstable?
