Do you still intend to adopt the Debian Parrot packages? From what I
can see, there was some talk in December about setting up group
maintenance of Parrot, but it doesn't look like that ever took off.

it's working on Windows 64bits too.
You could replace the term Win32 with Windows in that case.

I agree with you, but Windows could refer to Win9X series that is not
supported.
There exist some better word to refer just to Windows 2k and above
(Windows NT 4 is not supported)?
