Is generic but not has a core (Common Open Research Emulator) in Debian.
Then we can use it.
Recently I renamed a generic name and it was poorly received by mentors and

What is your opinion Jeffrey?
Agreed, core-emulator is more descriptive. Another option is coreemu to
match the Google code site (https://code.google.com/p/coreemu/), but
core-emulator is probably better (with packages core-emulator-gui and

Ok. We will change the package name.
Thanks Konstantin! Jeffrey is the upstream and co-maintainer.
Jeffrey, we can change the package name but it isn't recommended for
binaries (/usr/bin and /usr/sbin). I think if you want a new name to
binaries, you must change the source code.
Regards,
The Samba team has been very busy preparing a unified, solid, and
policy-compliant package based on release 4.0.6. Those guys deserve some
serious respect. Their package will soon appear in experimental and then
unstable and in Ubuntu.
Once this package appears and has stabilized for a few weeks,

Note to prospective adopters: there are at least two packages that embed
a (buggy) copy of libb64: ykclient, boxbackup. It would be nice if they
could use the packaged library instead.
