Anyone packaging pyrxp should be aware of Unicode issue it has.
In short, plain pyrxp doesn't handle Unicode at all, thus it is NOT
a XML parser. pyrxpu doesn't have this problem.

Considering that newlib is targetted to embedded systems, what is the
