I do _not_ want to step on anyone's toe, but how dcraw packaging goes?
There's a new upstream release for three weeks, probably fixing the
open vulnerability, CVE-2015-8366.
Also it prevents removing Jasper which transitively causing other
package removals. As it's a small package, updating
