It seems that this package is not really distributable, due to lacking
copyright notices. I've contacted upstream, and they are not interested
in fixing, as there are now better ways to split wavfiles.

I also imported the new 0.5.1 upstream version and reenabled the static
libs. If you build and import new versions please use the pristine-tar
options.
