At the moment, this change does not have a real impact as 3.0 is the
latest version, but feel free to do so.

I have a question, though. I realize you were using a git repo on your
own server, not in alioth or elsewhere. However, that repo has
disappeared. Do you still have a copy? It's not necessary, but it's
always nice to have history.
