Dear Daniel,
The last activity on this bug seems to be more than 1 year ago and the
package is alreay in Ubuntu.
In fact, just grabbing the package in Ubuntu and recompiling it in Debian
gives us a perfectly good package.
Also, the packaging that is in Ubuntu is very good, and was last touched
