I'm orphaning the ike package, aka the Shrew Soft VPN client.

I'm no longer using ike, upstream is apparently no longer active and
it will not build against OpenSSL 1.1.0.

Packaging takes time; please only adopt this package if you can
commit to maintaining it in the future.
