Merging since, as already discussed on IRC, dump1090 (mutability fork) has been already almost packaged and is maintained under Debian Hamradio Team umbrella. I planned to maintain it too myself, but unfortunately my laptop was stolen, so all of my work is likely gone. But you may want to check at Alioth, there may be a backup.
