I'm trying to bring the Spanish translations in the wiki to a decent
state, as well as introducing minor updates into some base pages.
My problem is that the wiki interface in Spanish is only
half-translated, at the best, if not entirely

When you trigger a search at wiki.debian.org, by default, it searches
for page's titles (URLs). This is only useful for English speakers, as
the base pages are in English, and the translated pages have to follow
the scheme concerning their URL

based on index?

As you would see, moinmoin is not reading the content if the new pages.
