I'm sorry to say that I'm the origin of a special case that seems not to be
covered (yet).
Both the French and the German manpages are completely translated (1).
The French translation is listed correctly (2) as done,

I would also suggest to change the header from
Packages currently being adopted
to something more appropriate and a threshold for the
duration of the adoption. E.g., xbae is 1851 days in adoption.
I suggest Packages recently adopted or something equivalent.

There's actually not much of a drawback here, translations already
_are_ at a rather low level, and there is next to no QA related measures
in the DDTSS: anonymous people click-review translations of anonymous
people without any chance to send over feedback or hints or blacklist
