You mean like the split of the user page was done some few years ago: <http://www.debian.org/users/> was a single page in the old days until I started on scripts to split it without losing translations and annoying translators. Sure, can and should definitely be done, consider it put onto some obscure todo list. :) The idea about the logo cloud sounds convincing, but first we'd need to collect them.
