Subject: Changelog blank in lesstifg-dev, and maybe other packages with symlink
 /usr/doc/foo
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

Package: www.debian.org
Version: 21 Aug 99

The changelog link on the lesstifg-dev package page displays a blank
page. See

        http://www.debian.org/Packages/unstable/devel/lesstifg-dev.html

And its changelog link

        http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/get-changelog?package=lesstifg-dev

Whereas the corresponding for the base lesstifg package shows the info.

        http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/get-changelog?package=lesstifg

Other packages such as mesag-dev have the same problem. Maybe it's
because /usr/doc/lesstifg-dev and /usr/doc/mesag-dev are symlinks to
their respective base binary packages' /usr/doc directories.

It would be convenient if get-changelog could divine the base package
and display the changelog from there.

Hi,

The lesstifg-dev package doesn't exist anymore, there's lesstif-dev to
replace it, and its changelog (lesstif1's, actually) gets displayed using
the get-changelog CGI script, I've just checked.
