AFAIK, it's never existed.

metrics.debian.*net* does, and as a debian.net domain the appropriate
point of contact is the owner of the record, _not_ debian-www@:

metrics.debian.net. 3600IN  TXT "Stuart Prescott

 It was about metrics.debian.net, we cleared that on IRC and I pointed
the reporter to the correct contact address. :)
