hi
I would like to write a magnification to a file, using xmag
I have read the man page. It says:
Cut puts the mag
nification image into the primary selection. Paste copies
the primary selection buffer into xmag.
How to detect that the X server has been killed or stopped ?
My program that use a window with the override_redirect flag set crashs when
sending x request to a dead X server. I have tried to detect dead X with
XSetErrorHandler() and XSetIOErrorHandler() but the handlers are never
called.

Dear sirs,
I'd love to use an Xserver on my Debian Woody with
kernel 2.4.18, but it won't start.
Please find the attached output of startx. (I send
the config file too.)
I'm looking forward to hearing from
you.
Cheers,
Adam Balogh

I'm sorry about the somewhat out of place reply, but I wanted to point
something out and this is most relevant place I could find.

Mesa ships the same GLU as XFree86, and both come from the SGI OpenGL
