Please show us setxbmap -print. Please try running setxkbmap -option
'apple:goodmap' within an X session. There's no need to restart X to
change xkb settings.

Presumably, you still have "apple:badmap" as option, which was ignored
until the last upload, since upstream dropped it. Now that we enabled
