I can confirm that in libinput10 1.10.0-1 the defect persists :-/. It looks like two finger scrolling is dragging instead of scrolling, caused by a tiny time difference between the two fingers hitting the touchpad. Maybe a minimum interval threshold for triggering a two finger gesture is not implemented / broken?
