Todd, changing the DNS in the actual diags.txt file will do nothing. This is just a text file that is generated from information in the .cfg files. In order to change the DNS that declude uses, you must add the following line to your global.cfg. file... DNS xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Change the x's to

Hi Linda - Thanks for that info. Actually, the DNS line in my global.cfg is listed as #DNS 127.0.0.1, so it's commented out. It's probably been this way for a long time so what would that suggest? One other time when we saw an increase in spam, it had to do with the fact that my DNS
