Sorry to just jump in on this, but this raises a question: If I block 192.168.212.2 specifically, then based on your answer, would it not then block .200 through .255 as well? Same if I blocked .21, then .210-.219 would also get snagged, .1 would block the 100s, you get the idea. Now being that
