IMail 8.05 HF3
Downloaded and installed 3.0.4.4. Message file pairs were appearing in the
'proc' folder, subsequently moved to 'work' folder, then dispositioned as
needed. Observed this for 10-15 minutes, then went about business.
Checking back, I found that the 'decludedproc.exe' service was
