Just curious... Why not just do it into a DNSbl system ? Hmm wounder how much time and effort it would be to setup an automated script to make that list of yours into a DNSbl ;) I'd be willing to host the DNS server for it. I don't know much about these system, so I don't usually get

If anyone is interested we just released a quick and dirty Declude kill file utility. It will check up to 500 addresses for duplicates and questionable addresses. It supports both types of kill files, that is with or without a description. The file can be downloaded from the following url:
