The DECODE OFF option; what would it not catch (i.e. Spam) had the
option been turned on? I understand Base64, but what kind of HTML decoding?
This only affects filters. With DECODE OFF, filters will work as they were
designed to work (checking the body of the E-mail for a
word/phrase).

taking quite a performance hit. After upgrading my CPU usage went from
50%-55% up to 98%-100%. Reverting back to v1.65 returned the CPU usage
back to normal. I am running Imail version 7.07. The server is running
NT4.0 S
