I would block 66.234.78.118 in IMAIL'S SMTP control access, I'm guessing it
is just a zombie machine.
If it a reject message you can complain to the tech responsible for the IP.

Yep, set up SPF and tell it that all mail from your
domain has to come from your servers. Then when this comes in it will fail
SPF and you can use that result in your weighting system.

Declude should *not* be sending a response (either to a forging virus, or
to spam).
If you look at the thread DUMBAVFILTER ip4r ?, it
on it as
the sender, so you got the notice.
