It seems that my declude pro has quit running the blacklists tests and is
only acting on the routing, spamheaders and weight type tests. The log files
clearly show this but I deleted old log files so I dont know when it started
exactly. I have a few other servers that it is working fine on and

This is odd, it seems that the DNS was definately the issue but the servers
are valid and answering queries, hard coding them into the global.cfg file
was the only way to get it to work.

Hmmm, that's strange, because my DNS has always been hardcoded and ip4r
lookups still were not working for me with 1.54, but reverting back to
1.53
fix it for me.

i added them into the global.cfg, re-executed declude.exe and stopped and
restarted the smtp service
