Scott, this will generate MYBLACKLIST entries in decxx.log, correct? That is correct. It will define a new test, that will be treated just like the others: You can use it in the per-domain and per-user config files, it will show up in the logs like the other tests, etc.

I figured as much. I'm building an impressive list of IP addresses, but I haven't seen any logfile entries show up yet. I hope I'm doing this right. I have a test defined this way: POSTGEN ipfile c:\imail\declude\postgen.txt in honor of postmastergeneral, my favorite target, and:
