The permission dialog will not open. I will NOT tell me that permission is
denied - but open a window that there is an error opening the key.

Yes, if it was that easy. Initially I had also figured it was "just" a
permission problem.

Andy, five will get you ten that it is the permissions that are mangled,
not the key itself.
Run RegEdit.exe and right-click on the Run key, then choose
"Permissions".
Go into the "Advanced" button and choose to "Inherit from parent..." and
the permissions should get fixed up.

put a second nic in the server
have one nic connected to the old network with the old ips and the other nic to
the new network with new ips
add the new ns to
I say they were very comparable. Both are slim on the CPU.
Now if ClamAV isn't runing as a service (no clamd), the you'll see clamscan
eating up the CPU.

which have no legal applicability to your own needs. Your needs are
governed by Florida's "Government-in-the-Sunshine" laws which allow for
public inspection of most records.
