When I made the switch over to SM I had several accounts with abc-xyz@ that
didn't work. We solved the problem by creating a aliases named abc-xyz@ that
mapped to abc+...@. I understand that you have many of these type accounts
to handle, but it could be done with a large alias file (that you

to be absolutely sure before I do anything to my server.
Is Declude 4.2 fully compatible with iMail

Thanks,

So now I guess the big question is if Declude 3.0.5.20 is compatible with
and ready for Imail 2006. Is there any official word on support? Robert

I didn't even think this was possible. Does anyone know of a command line
utility that does this?

I too have a serious issue with Declude
remaining stable on my system. Ive tried each of the 2.0.6.x betas as
they came out, but the problem hasnt gone away. I did have the mentioned

I just want to dbl check that declude uses the NS server specified in
the network interface properties box, and not the one in the iMail SMTP
panel, yes?
Can I explicitly set a NS sever for declude in the config?

I'm having trouble getting ALERT and BOUNCE to work on 1.79 beta. Are
there any known issues? In both cases nothing gets sent back and the
email gets delivered normally.
Thanks,
Robert

Thanks. ALERT did actually do its job, it just took a while to get the
message back. And I see the new name for bounce. I'm hoping to use
either action in a narrow weight range (10-14) since this is where most
of my false-positives end up.

Sorry for asking for specifics, could you clarify the minimum versions
of both software products for this function to work.
Also, this command isn't in the manual, likely because it's still beta,
but considering I read it thoroughly before I emailed the list, you
might want to add a beta section
I got this:
Code: 8000800e. The E-mail failed the BADHEADERS test.
This E-mail has a bogus Message-ID: header.
From the online tool (and that code). I was wondering what constitutes a
good Message-ID? Is there a site (RFC?) or other description of what
these things should look
I recently turned on the IPNOTINMX and NOLEGITCONTENT filters to see how
they work. They seem to do more harm than good, for instance I weight 10
SPAMCOP since that service works well for me, but these filters lowered
the weight so that spamcop (only) spams get through.
I do understand that they
in the header.
I'm emailing this to both declude and Imail hoping that the two parties
can work out a solution.

Rick,
I too am planning to advance Declude administration to my users via a
web application. Although I saw no reason why I couldn't programmaticaly
change the global.cfg and other files. Could I ask your reasoning?
Also, to what level of modification do you anticipate. The numerous
