as individually. This is causing QUITE a problem.
Any word on all the other 1.28 reports I sent in (with the WEIGHT arithmetic
being either off in either direction?).

Note that in Declude JunkMail, you can only whitelist on a global
basis. The WHITELIST line only works in \IMail\Declude\global.cfg.

The easiest way to debug this would be to send an E-mail from the IP
address in question, with the Declude debugging turned on.
Here it is - as you can see, it DOES recognize the whitelist:
