If you're describing % of false positives/negatives, it can't be done automatically. Any system smart enough to tell what should have from what shouldn't have to calculate the difference would simply do as it should and be 100% accurate. I get my numbers by taking the total messages and dividing it into the number of human perceived mistakes. In and of itself its not exact, but it works wonders for comparative purposes when each calculation is done the same way with the same margin for error. Just make sure to use a large enough period of time, for me a week is minimum.
