Just noticed that the SPF logs that were stored in C:\ are gone. Did
they get moved or where they done away with?
They were done away with. They were part of the beta testing of SPF.

Because they are not appropriate for the regular Declude logs. The SPF
logging was added when the SPF support was first added, and help

add all my internal addresses to my spf dns records ?
