Hi Barry, How do I turn off the Request Read Receipts just for the Declude Lists? In Outlook 2003 there is only 1 setting which covers all the emails not specific email accounts. Tools Options Preferences Email Options Tracking Options. I need to have request read and delivery receipts

I'd like to add another one to this list, if I may... 16. Do not use autoresponders or out-of-office/vacation messages on email addresses you use to subscribe to the list. If you need to do that on your email address, set up a separate email address just for the purpose of subscribing. Darin.

Why not set up a second email address and use Outlook Express or Thunderbird or whatever for your list activities? Then you can set the defaults to Text / Noreceipts, leave off the disclaimers, and never have to worry about it... -d --- This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing
