If there's no declude.exe in the destination folder I see the same result.
The files get downloaded (if I delete the current beta and release), but the
file doesn't get copied.

Declude.ini reads...

To test the functionality, I copied an version 165 of declude into the
c:\imail directory,
and deleted the release/175 folder. I then ran DU manually and received
