I've not added any filters and the message count is within the mean average. Mike, Your graphs strongly suggest that there is an application that is hung and using a lot of CPU. Some apps will take an entire CPU, which would give ~50% utilization on a 2 processor system (hyperthreaded or otherwise). The first thing to check for though is the size of your Declude logs before and after the upgrade. If they are measurably larger, something else is happening. If they are roughly the same, then you will want to use Process Explorer (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/ProcessExplorer.mspx) to see what is going on. Look for things like Dr. Watson errors and other things that could be indications of errors. Also check your Event Viewer for odd errors that didn't exist before.
