I guess I wasn't clear enough -- Maybe I should be blunt:
Editing XML files in notepad sucks! I should be able to quickly edit configuration
files in notepad like we can do today with .txt or .ini files.
Sure a simple XML file is ok, but try, for example, editing the Microsoft IIS metabase
