Apparently you can now download it separately.  I'll give it a try.  I'm
also going to test the Dataram product.

 I  recommend  Starwind  Software's RAM disk -- the one that comes with
 their  iSCSI  initiator  (you  don't  actually  need  any iSCSI SAN in
 place). We use it on 2003 + 2008.

while back.

I  recommend  Starwind  Software's RAM disk -- the one that comes with
