You could do something like this in the .eml file:
From: postmaster@%LOCALHOST%
To: %MAILFROM%,%ALLRECIPS%,postmaster@%LOCALHOST%
It has been working for us.

You can do this by separating the addresses with a comma (no spaces), like:
To: %MAILFROM%,[EMAIL PROTECTED]

%MAILFROM% as well as postmaster@%LOCALHOST%.
