I no longer have the original message, but I could probably have my user try to do what he did to get the message sent from the web server in question. That would be very helpful. I am quite confident that the problem is on the other end, but it is helpful to know for certain.

I'm not clear on alert messages, and I'm not sure we even want to do them. BUT Virus notifications are sent out when viruses (or vulnerabilities) are detected. However: Can we send just one alert message when an email passes a certain weight and list all the tests that message failed? That is,
