Note that the scan_alias ON and scan ON do not need to be in there (the
DEFAULT ON will set them both to ON).
If I remove the scan and scan alias NOTHING will be scanned. For some reason
the default does then nothing.
What version of Declude are you running (\IMail\Declude -diag from a
command
