In the declude.cfg look for;
SCANNERTIMEOUT 60
I think 60 is the default so if you increase this your scanner is allowed
more time to scan big files and thus eliminate your problem.

I second both thoughts. GUI is ok for complicated configs, but Declude
hasn't gotten there yet.

Actually, his problem is with the scanner itself, when it is not being used
with Declude.

Declude with F-Prot should catch those. When the E-mail is forwarded as an

I exluded all imail directories (spool, domaines, users, ...) and the
subdirectories from netshield scanning, but it is still trying to scan the

I have my entire IMAIL directory excluded, with the option to include
subfolders checked.
It's working fine for me.

According to McAfee's Getting Started Guide for NetShield 4.5 page 53 item
11, the pagefile.sys is automatically excluded as NetShield cannot open the
pagefile to begin with.
