etc. to our mail server to send out. So, I've WHITELISTED all the IP
addresses within our network.
Are you referring to Declude JunkMail (Declude Virus doesn't allow
whitelisting)?

The IPBYPASS just tells Declude JunkMail to bypass that IP, and instead
